Watertown Unified School District is made up of one high school, one
middle school, and five elementary schools. All schools are staffed by highly qualified

One of four regional campuses in the district, Madison Area Technical College in Watertown offers a wide variety of day and evening degree credit and adult continuing education classes for all ages. Students can complete two-year associate degrees in accounting, administrative assistant, business midmanagement, electronics, liberal studies, mechanical design, and nursing right at the local campus. Selected courses in automotive, graphic design, finance, and marketing are also offered. The college plays a vital role in the economic development and retraining of dislocated workers in the county.
