Duplexes, Milo Loppnow, Anna Nitschman, and Hus Apartments), Mueller
Apartments (HUD based rent), Zinzendorf Hall (CBRF facility), and
nursing home care in Marquardt Manor. The Village includes a senior center, chapel,
chaplain, and a wide variety of programs and social services for residents including home health and hospice.
Riverview Commons, 112 Stimpson Street, Watertown 920-262-0304 South Central location, along Rock River near highway 26 and south side shopping. HUD based facility surrounded by old fashioned neighborhoods, the river, and just steps away from shopping.
Swifthaven, 1301 E Main Street, Watertown, WI 53094. telephone
920-567-0100. Near downtown, in a charming late Victorian
neighborhood. The Swifthaven building is an award winning structure
based on the reclamation of a former hospital building dating back
to 1918. The site has been restored and improved to include an
indoor pool and exercise room and features a wide variety of floor
plans for studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, all with
large windows and great views. Units include private bathrooms and kitchenettes with
appliances. Swifthaven Assisted Living Apartments are designed to foster
more individualized an personalized care. The building is a State Certified
Residential Care Apartment Complex (RCAC) with a complete list of personal
