E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc. (EJPA) is a privately owned commercial real estate development and management company.  EJPA is headquartered in Madison, Wisconsin and operates a regional office in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

 

EJPA is active in the development, ownership and management of community and neighborhood shopping centers, senior housing communities, multi-family residential communities and industrial showroom properties. EJPA affiliates with exceptional partners and works closely with national retailers and local tenants alike to build successful relationships that deliver distinct properties in quality locations.

Specializations

•  Watertown Square Shopping Center is owned by Watertown Square, LLC by P.H. Limited Partnership and is managed by E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc.

• E.J. Plesko & Associates, Inc. was incorporated in 1976 and in addition to doing business in Wisconsin we also have a presence in Florida, Illinois and Minnesota

• Anchored by a 60,000 sq. ft. Pick-N-Save grocery store.  Pick-n-Save was new construction in 2010 as was the building housing the takeout pizza restaurant and a walk-in salon
