Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years of age, with at least three (3) years with a valid drivers license
• Hold and/ maintain a valid Wisconsin Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P), and School bus (S) endorsements
• Successfully meet company, federal & state guidelines regarding qualifying Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) and Background checks
• Successfully pass a company-sponsored lift test
• Driver must be able to lift 50-70lbs safely
• Pass a company-sponsored pre-employment drug screening & physical Responsibilities
• Employees under the Full-time Driver role must be available to drive all sizes and varieties of school buses in our fleet and must be available and comfortable providing transportation to any terminal assigned when needed to meet operational scheduling needs
• School bus needs are usually Monday through Friday but can in some cases include Saturday or Sunday hours
• Being open, flexible and available for "Full Time / Year Round" work
• Prepares documents and reports accurately and on-time to Supervisor/designated Staff
• Works collaboratively with Operations Management to support efficient operations
