Job description
Heritage Homes is currently hiring full-time Resident Assistants.
Rotating Weekend and Holiday availability are required.

Heritage Homes is located in Watertown, WI. We pride ourselves in our beautiful, family oriented, CBRF facility with 26 assisted living apartments and 18 memory care apartments. Join our family and make a difference in an older adult's life while enriching your own in the process.
Care-giving experience is desired, but not required! We will pay for your state required CBRF training and pay you for your time spent training.
Starting pay based on experience and shift differential of $.50 for AM, $1.00 for PM and NOC shift. All shifts are eligible for a $1.00 shift differential for weekends!
AM Shift 6am to 2pm ($.50 Shift differential plus additional weekend $1.00 shift differential)
PM Shift 2pm to 10pm ($1.00 Shift differential plus additional $1.00 shift differential on the weekends)
NOC Shift 10pm to 6am ($1.00 Shift differential plus additional $1.00 shift differential on the weekends)
