Boost your brain & memory is an evidenced-based program that takes a holistic approach to improving brain health. This class if for those 55+ who are not diagnosed with dementia. This 7-week program focuses on a variety of lifestyle factors such as physical activity, emotional health, nutrition, & social engagement.
