Marquardt Village 100 Women Who Care
Are you interested in supporting Marquardt Village but feel that your donation is too small to make a difference? Join Marquardt’s 100 Women Who Care and make a BIG difference with a SMALL investment. Come to the next meeting on Wednesday, December 5, at Marquardt’s Towne Centre Stretches Room at 1045 Hill Street. Registration begins at 6 p.m. The program runs from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
Last quarter’s donation went to the new flagpole at Marquardt Village, dedicated to all Marquardt veterans on November 11, 2018 with a ceremony with the American Legion and about 80 residents and friends.
Here’s how it works.
We meet four times a year for one hour. We listen to descriptions of 3 projects or needs at Marquardt Village. We vote and the evening’s money ($100 per team) goes to that particular need. It’s that simple.
What’s a team? Have just $25 to give? No problem, form a team of four. Together you can make a $100 donation, but you have one vote as a team. Teams can be any size. Each team gives $100 a quarter and gets one vote.
