She presents the program at area libraries and community centers.   A showing of one video of a five-part series entitled the Raising of America will then be shown. Kathy Eisenmann of UW Extension in Jefferson, Tina Crave of the Greater Watertown Community Health Foundation, Carol Quest of the Watertown Health Department, and Stephanie Curtis of the Watertown Family Center will lead a discussion after the video.   Please attend this meeting as we discuss issues families of young children face and ways to increase safe, stable and nurturing relationships and environments for the young children in our community.     The Elks Club 117 N 1st St, Watertown
