I grew up in Elkhorn WI, where I graduated from Elkhorn Area High School. I am a small-town girl at heart. I recently graduated from Madison College with an Associate in Business Management/HR Management.
I started my earliest career as a lifeguard, it was there that I learned I had a passion for people, becoming a caregiver for the state of Wi is where I spent 12 years caring for people who experience hardships. I later became a manager of many different group homes. Helping lead staff, care teams, and the people under our care. I decided to make a career change as my family started to grow. In July 2021, I started working at 7up Watertown on the sales and merchandising team. When Keurig Dr Pepper, bought 7up Watertown in 2022, I became the Office Coordinator. I would help our teams, community, and many branches when needed. I was a part of our Women & Allies, and Parent and Caregiver & Allies ERG Groups. I loved seeing people like me in these groups. In 2022, I started at Brown Shoe Fit in Downtown Watertown, I do all the social media photography. When Keurig Dr. Pepper moved from Watertown in 2024. I found my perfect fit with The Marquardt as a Referral Specialist. Where I help families find the perfect fit for their loved ones. I give tours, complete on sites, build relationships, and care for our residents, community outreach, employee engagement, and much more.
I’m married to Ryan Belstner who works here in Watertown too. We have two children Jameson and Delilah. Our dog Ruby and our cats Glitter and Sparkles live with us too. We moved here in 2016 and fell in love with Watertown. We love the many sports programs, schools, and entertainment.
I became a proud ambassador for the Chamber of Commerce at the start of January 2023. I also am the MC for Wake-up Watertown. It’s my favorite role that I love to contribute too. I love learning about other things that are happening in our community. I’m extremely proud of where I live, I’m very passionate about giving back to Watertown. In the process in creating a better community at large for your family and mine.

I was born and raised in Watertown, WI, spending most of my childhood in Richwood, just outside the city. Both of my parents are proud graduates of Watertown High School, and I followed in their footsteps, graduating in 2001. After working in early childhood education and briefly running my own in-home daycare, I found my true passion in human resources. I have worked in various HR roles since graduating with an associate degree in human resource management from Madison College in 2015. I am currently the Business Office Manager for Spero Heritage Homes. Both Watertown High School graduates, my husband, and I now live in Watertown with our son and two beloved cats.
As the daughter of an immigrant, I have had a unique upbringing that has shaped who I am today. I am proud to be a Chamber Ambassador and have enjoyed meeting remarkable individuals through this role. I am passionate about helping others, and I am excited to see what the future holds as I continue to contribute to the community. My experience as a Chamber Ambassador has been fulfilling, and I look forward to the opportunities ahead.

I am a proud, third-generation Watertownian. My parents Donna (Raether) and Bob created a home in this community. My grandpa, Stan, taught at Watertown High School. My brother, Rob, and I graduated from Watertown High, as have many aunts and uncles before us.
I moved to Oshkosh, WI in 1998 to finish my Bachelor of Business Administration at UW Oshkosh, continuing to live in that community for 20 years. I completed my Master of Science and Ph.D. in Educational Leadership & Policy Analysis from UW Madison. For the past 18 years, I’ve worked for Sodexo, starting my career in campus marketing, working as a Project Manager with our airport lounge (United & Delta) partnerships, and now serving as a Director of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Experience. I lead our PRIDE Employee Business Resource Group for the United States.
My wife, April, and I moved back home to Watertown in April 2019 and have not only made our home here, but also opened Chandler House Bakery at 411 E. Main St. A trained pastry chef, with Michelin-starred restaurant experience in Chicago, April is proud to bring delicious treats to the community she’s embraced as her home. April previously served as a Watertown Chamber of Commerce Ambassador as well.
We are pet parents to our five furbabies – Dexter, Dottie, Binx, Bailey & Scrappy and enjoy giving back to the community who has so beautifully supported us and our business. Being kind, giving hugs and creating a safe space for people is incredibly important to us. Our family and friends who became family are the folks we spend our free time with. We are proud to be a part of Watertown’s Historic Downtown Main Street and hope to be a destination for residents and visitors for years to come.
If you know of a business that has not yet joined the Chamber of Commerce, please encourage them to join or reach out to one of the Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors. Our Chamber of Commerce membership has brought us so many rewards by means of networking, friendships and feeling a part of the community.

Originally from Colorado, I’ve been a part of the Watertown Community since 2013. As the Administrative Assistant at Oasis Salon and Spa, I manage our marketing and media efforts and serve as the wedding coordinator. Raised in Pittsville, Central Wisconsin, and the eldest of three, my journey took me from UW-Eau Claire to the Brown School of Broadcasting in Minneapolis. My broadcasting career, though brief, led me to meet my wife, Deb, at WRDB in Reedsburg, WI, in 1990. By 1992, we had moved to Watertown to open Drive In Movies, a video rental store, which we managed until 1999. Following its closure, my career path varied from Farm and Fleet to owning Mail Boxes Etc./The UPS Store, dabbling in real estate with Re/Max, to working at The Custom Shoppe in Watertown.
Eventually, I transitioned into the financial sector, holding positions at Guaranty Bank, Associated Bank, BMO Harris, and Partnership Bank, leading to my current role as Director of Member Services at Fort Community Credit Union since June 2019.
In June 2024, Deb and I will celebrate our 30th anniversary, proud parents of Adam, a social studies teacher, and Emma, a Computer Engineering major at UW-LaCrosse. Our leisure time is filled with biking, hiking, walking, and traveling. Serving as a Watertown Chamber Ambassador has been a rewarding experience, introducing me to many incredible individuals within the community.

As a dedicated Chamber Member for six years and a volunteer Ambassador for five, I have found immense fulfillment in being part of our welcoming and supportive business community. Growing up in Luxemburg, WI, as the eldest of four girls, I cherished my time as a cheerleader and later pursued a Psychology Major at UWEC. My career has been diverse, including roles in Human Resources, Domestic Abuse Coordination, Special Education, and Insurance Agency Customer Service. However, it was my introduction to Mary Kay products 24 years ago that led me to start my own business, which has become the professional love of my life. Through my work with Mary Kay, I am passionate about empowering others and spreading positivity, whether through skincare and color products, pampering gifts, or helping others start their own businesses. With my family priorities in place, I am now focused on building my business and earning the first Pink Cadillac in Watertown.
I am immensely grateful for the support and encouragement from the community and the Chamber for my Mary Kay business. I truly appreciate the opportunities to make a positive impact and am excited about the future as I continue to empower others and thrive in the business community.
