Leadership Watertown – February Recap
Leadership Watertown spent last Wednesday exploring the people and businesses that help power our community. The day began at Berres Brothers with coffee, breakfast, and a behind-the-scenes look at their story, followed by a tour of Glory Global Solutions. Participants visited the Chamber office for highlights and discussion before enjoying lunch at Amado Jr’s.
The afternoon included tours of EZ Promotion and Apparel and Drafty Cellar, where leaders learned how each business got its start, plus project discussions and a Sheeley Leadership Seminar.
As Lao-Tzu reminds us: “A leader is best when people barely know he exists…when his work is done, his aim fulfilled, they will say: We did it ourselves.”
