Northern Trails Meats
Northern Trails Meats was established in 1982 under the name Detjens Country Cutting Inc. In 2000, the business was purchased by Brian Walsh and Mark Cichanofsky and would later be changed to the name Northern Trails Meats LLC. Today, Northern Trails Meats is owned by Mark and Brett Cichanofsky. The store is located at 109 Emerald St. in Watertown Wisconsin and features our homemade sausage products and other items from Wisconsin businesses. Northern Trails also specializes in custom processing for Beef, Pork, and Venison.
Northern Trails uses its custom-built mobile slaughter trailer to travel out to farms to harvest animals. This saves the farmer the stress of having to haul animals to a kill floor as well as keeps the animals in a familiar environment for a more humane process of harvesting.
They offer a variety of beef, pork, and chicken cuts along with all our varieties of summer sausage, hot stix, wieners, bologna, breakfast links, and many kinds of brats. Our homemade ham and bacon are some of our best-selling products.
