Position Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Part-Time Production Assistant to join our growing team. This hands-on role supports the heart of our operation—helping ensure every order is accurately fulfilled and finished to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment
• Assist with incoming inventory: receiving, checking, and organizing products
• Operate heat press for custom apparel decoration
• Run engraving machine for personalized items
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production team as needed to meet daily deadlines

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to stand, lift, and move boxes (up to 50lbs)
• Prior production, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
