Family Connect of Wisconsin (FCW) is a nonprofit dedicated to connecting communities and strengthening
vulnerable families across Wisconsin. FCW utilizes CarePortal, a national technology platform, to build
Community Networks that allow agency caseworkers to share verified, real-time needs — like a bed for a
child, diapers for a baby, or a couch for a family getting back on their feet — with local churches,
businesses, and individuals who work together to meet those needs. Rooted in faith-based community
engagement, FCW mobilizes communities to come alongside vulnerable families by providing practical help
and meaningful connection, right on their doorstep.
