With over two decades of experience, Mike is passionate about guiding his clients toward financial freedom by creating personalized financial plans rooted in their unique goals and aspirations. As a Managing Director, Mike also plays a vital leadership role within the Northwestern Mutual team, where he mentors and develops emerging financial advisors. His leadership reflects his passion for people and his commitment to building a strong, values-driven culture within the firm.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater. His achievements include numerous professional accolades, such as being a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) member and earning the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors Quality Award, National Quality Award, and National Sales Achievement Award across multiple years. These honors reflect both his industry excellence and his unwavering commitment to client service.

Outside of his professional life, Mike is deeply involved in the Watertown community where he lives with his wife, Carmen, and their five children. He actively gives back through service and philanthropy, including hosting an annual charity event benefiting Alex’s Lemonade Stand, supporting the fight against childhood cancer. He also serves on the finance committee at St. Mark’s.
Mike’s love for sports and mentorship is evident through his involvement in coaching little league, pee wee football, and basketball—creating meaningful connections with youth and encouraging their growth both on and off the field. In his free time, he enjoys camping, golfing, spending time with family, and cheering on the Green Bay Packers.
