Pederson Nowatka Funeral Home

Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home, located in Watertown, Wisconsin, has a legacy of compassionate service dating back to 1873. Originally established as Nowack Funeral Home by Carl and Frank Nowack, the business remained in the family until 1951, when it was purchased by D.D. Pederson. His son, David W. Pederson, joined the business in 1973 and became owner in 1978. The firm expanded in 1983 with the acquisition of Jones Funeral Home in Waterloo. In 2001, Ryan J. Nowatka joined the team and became co-owner in 2006 before fully acquiring the business in 2011.

Operating from Watertown’s first purpose-built funeral home, constructed in 1930, Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home is committed to serving families with compassion, dignity, and attention to every detail. Guided by a mission to provide understanding, integrity, respect, and dedication, the funeral home offers meaningful and healing experiences for families honoring their loved ones. With a vision to be the community’s trusted choice, Pederson-Nowatka Funeral Home continues to advocate for the value of personalized, affordable funeral and cremation services.
