Qualified applicants aged 55 or better must meet income qualification; total household gross income is based on 30% to 60% of the median income adjusted for household size and depending upon availability.  * Some units may not have income restrictions and are priced at the fair market rate.  Section 8 Voucher holders are encouraged to apply!
