The non-profit organization based in Watertown, WI, aims to teach players the fundamentals of tackle football to help develop their skills and team spirit. They work closely with the Watertown High School program to create a smooth transition for youth football players as they move on to join the team as high school freshmen. The organization is supported by a Board of Directors, Committee Members, Coaches, Parents, and Community Members, all of whom volunteer their time. None of the Board Members or other volunteers receives any form of payment; the program operates solely on donations of time, talent, and enthusiasm.
