Centering Retreat - Affirming Your Courage Within

Event Time Saturday, September 20, 2025 @ 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

In these challenging times, come awaken your inner strength, and restore your hope among a community of others who are looking for the same. Take your pick of the workshops below. Try more than 1! (if you plan to walk the labyrinth, pick 2 workshops for a 45 min walk OR 1 workshop for a longer labyrinth walk). Each session is 30 minutes.

1. Labyrinth by Jennifer Bakke- Walk a handhooked labyrinth made by St.Bernards members -or- finger walk a handheld labyrinth.

2. Chair Yoga- QiGong by Nancy Bauer- gentle, simple movements for all levels- will be held outdoors if weather permits (dress accordingly)

3. Lectio divina by Georgia Irre- guided scriptural mediation

4. Singing bowls sound bath by Angel Seibel with Earth Angel Sound Healing- relax and release tension as you bathe in the healing of sound frequency (donations accepted)
