All artwork is to be DELIVERED to Watertown High School on or before Friday, November 14th.
Youth Artists (ages 0-12) Awards: 1st place $20 / 2nd Place $10 / 3rd Place $5
Teen Artists (13-18) Awards: 1st place $40 / 2nd Place $20 / 3rd Place $10
Adult Artists (19 and older) Awards: 1st place $100 / 2nd Place $50 / 3rd Place $20
