Chakra Yin Yoga with Sound Immersion
Join Angel, sound healer, and Nancy, a registered yoga instructor, on January 25 at 1pm for a restful afternoon blending Yin Yoga and a soothing chakra sound immersion.
As you settle into restorative poses for each chakra, you’ll be supported by flowing movements, essential oils, and the healing resonance of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. This slow, mindful experience is designed to help your body unwind, your energy rebalance, and your spirit return to peace.
 During this class, you will experience:
Restorative Yin poses for each chakra
Chakra-specific essential oils to deepen your relaxation
A chakra sound bath with live crystal & Tibetan bowls
A guided meditation for inner peace and grounding
A cozy, supportive space to breathe, reset, and realign
Come as you are. Leave feeling centered, refreshed, and held in harmony.
Limited space, 10 People max. pre-registration required.
Cost: $45, via Venmo (please write date of session in description) or drop off cash payment during open business hours.
Just bring yourself and a water bottle. cushioned mats and bolsters will be provided.
