The Watertown Senior & Community Center will be holding a self defense program is who women ages 18+. Auxiliary Police Officer Kerry Kneser from WPD will be the presenter. Kerry and his side kick "Bob" will take you through a series of verbal and non verbal tactics to prepare you in a variety of situations. This program is free but please register at the front desk.
