Come on down and support a great rescue, Jane’s Journey Home. Pick a heart from the tree. Buy the item needed for the rescue written on the heart, then write your pet’s name on a wildflower seed paper heart and place it on the memorial tree. The hearts will be germinated come spring, and the flowers, with your sweet furry angel’s named will be planted in the memorial garden at the rescue
