Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing

This Yoga Nidra practice with sound healing is a dynamic duo, a team that works in perfect harmony to help you tap into your subconscious mind, release trapped energy and stress and lead you into a deep transformative healing process. It will take you to an effortless state of being between wakefulness and deep sleep.
With the beautiful sound of the bowls, we will begin with gentle easy yoga and QiGong movements, followed by simple self acupressure. We then will dive into Yoga Nidra which is a practice of non-doing. We only need to listening to the meditation instructions.
We will take a journey through the crystal caves of the chakras. This session will free all tensions, and bring us into the light of your sacred nature.
