Y’s Way Flooring is a full-service flooring business that provides flooring needs to local residents in the Watertown, Oconomowoc, and Lake Mills areas. Duties and responsibilities
Provide clerical and administrative support to all staff
Operate various office machines (computer, fax, scan, etc)
Proficient in computer skills as needed (Word, Excel)
Strong attention to detail
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Customer communication via email, mail, phone
Keen to detail, motivated, and adaptable to various situations
Ability to handle payments
Customer-centered attitude and approach
Follow proper safety procedures. Safety is a priority at all times

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Valid bank account for direct deposit
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
