Position Overview: The Project Assistant supports our sales reps and plays a key role in setting up new clients, coordinating project details, and keeping information organized across multiple systems. This is an entry-level position with plenty of room to grow. We’re looking for someone excited about technology, comfortable navigating different platforms, and eager to learn the tools we use every day.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist sales reps with new client setup and onboarding
• Coordinate project timelines, details, and communication
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service
• Perform accurate data entry across multiple software platforms
• Navigate and update various internal systems, tools, and online portals
• Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team members
• Contribute creative ideas when appropriate
• Support the team with general administrative and project-related tasks
What We’re Looking For
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude and genuine interest in our industry
• Strong comfort with technology and the ability to learn new platforms quickly
• Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Creative thinking is a plus
• Prior customer service or administrative experience is helpful but not required
