Job Full Description

We are now hiring production finishers in Waterloo, WI! This is a locally owned and operated rubber molding company that supports the agricultural industry by providing them the equipment needed for milking cows. Finishers must have attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 40lbs. No experience required, training is available for those willing to learn!

Pay: $16.50/hour (PLUS- earn a raise once hired on!)

Training Schedule: Monday-Friday; start between 5am-7pm, 40 hours/wk expected.

Final Schedule: Pick your shift as long as the start time is after 1pm, 40 hours/wk expected.

Work includes:

• Inspect the quality of finalized products
• Weigh product to pack correct quantity
• Adding final touched such as brackets or end pieces
