 Office and Membership Engagement Specialist (Part‑Time)

After 10 years of dedicated service, our Office and Membership Engagement Specialist, Barb, is retiring, and we are seeking a reliable, organized individual to join our team.

Position Overview:
This role supports daily office operations, membership management, billing, and member engagement. The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, maintains accurate records, and helps ensure a positive experience for Chamber members.  Review Job Description

Key Duties:

  • Front desk and general office support
  • Membership record maintenance and member communication
  • Billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
  • Administrative and event support as needed

Pay & Schedule:

  • $15–$20 per hour, based on experience
  • 20–29 hours per week (part‑time)
  • Occasional flexibility for events may be required

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience with office administration or member‑based organizations preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
