We are seeking an individual with strong leadership and communication skills to join our team.
FREE staff membership!
 
The Manager on Duty is responsible for overseeing facility and program operations to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for all members. This role also focuses on delivering excellent member satisfaction and supporting staff as needed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Monitor daily operations and address any issues promptly.
  • Ensure safety and security standards are met throughout the facility.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with inquiries.
  • Support program staff and help maintain a positive team environment.
SCHEDULE:
  • Wednesday 4:30am-8:00am
  • Sunday rotation (1-2 per month) 9:30am-2:00pm.  
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Staff supervision experience, preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community.
  • Certifications that must be obtained and maintained within first 90 days:  CPR, AED , First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, Blood borne Pathogens, Hazard Communication.
  • Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Physical aspects of the position include, but not limited to: walking, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, and lifting.  This position requires constant motion, with little to no sitting.
