A Merry YES!mas
The holiday season is almost upon us and it's time for YES! Watertown to ring in the season with a gathering with the purpose of spreading the holiday joy to so many.For 2018, we are changing things up a bit and helping to support a cause in need of a boost. The "Gifts for Kids" program has been working for many years to provide the joy to holiday gift giving to those who are less able. This year the cause has encountered some challenges in hosting their usual event, so YES! Watertown is partnering up to support this cause, collect gifts, and raise some funds to support the cause. We sincerely hope you can join us or donate in any way to keep this great cause going into 2019 and beyond!!DROP OFF LOCATIONS (big blue bins!):- Bank of Lake Mills/American Family Insurance
(400 Bernard Street)- Grinwald Ford (101 Highway 16 Frontage Road)- Oswald Konz (118 W Main Street)- Realty Executives Platinum (1507 E Main Street)- Webster Elementary School (634 S 12th Street)EVENT @ Drafty Cellar:- Tickets will be $10 at the door, all net proceeds go to "Gifts for Kids". You also receive one complementary beverage with your ticket.- A limited number of toys will be available for "purchase" on site, for those last minute shoppers!!- COSTUME Contest at 7:30; top three receive an extra beverage token- PRIZE BASKETS: Each entry ticket gets one (1) drawing for select prize baskets from local vendors at 8:00ALSO, limited snacks will be provided so please enjoy one of the many local food establishments nearby before you join us. More details to come, but we hope to see you there and participate in this event to keep a great cause going!!!
