Dear Chamber Members,
Happy Wednesday! It is hard to believe this month is almost behind us and we are looking forward to celebrating our nation's independence with all the July 4th activities planned in the city.
Despite the rain we were happy with the amount of shoppers we saw for our 2nd Annual Community Celebration & Vendor Fair. Thank you to all you participated, volunteered and came to the event this past Saturday.
Plans are also well underway for our 29th Annual Golf Outing being held at the Watertown Country Club on Thursday, July 28th. Click here to check out all the details. Deadline to register your team or sign up for a sponsorship is Thursday, July 14th. We are also looking for raffle basket donations as well as items for the swag bag.
Our next bi-weekly newsletter will be sent out Wednesday, July 13th. During this time if your organization is hiring, offering programs, or have events to promote, please let us know so we can share with our membership and the community. Please send information by Friday, July 8th to info@watertownchamber.com.

Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors 2021 - 2022
Relationship Group Committee 2021 - 2022
Hello everyone, my name is Tommy Kempfer! I was born and raised in Lake Mills but have lived in Sun Prairie since 2007 after graduating from the Whitewater with an Integrated Science-Business Degree (with emphasis on chemistry and accounting). I am also proud to have earned an MBA in Organizational Development through Upper Iowa University, which has positively impacted my servant leadership style approach.
I am currently the Director of Sales for MKcellular, the local UScellular in town. My role keeps me engaged with all of our employees in each of our 12 stores and communities (soon to be 16 stores/communities), and I have the privilege of interacting with each of them regularly. I have been with MKcellular since 2002, and I truly enjoy the unique and ever-changing challenges that leadership within the cellular communication world has to offer.
I have been married to my wife Theresa since 2008 and we have a pair of kids (Mason 10, Miley 8). All three of my roommates keep me busy around the clock! In the limited amount of free-time we have, the family and I enjoy time together at the zoo, the playground, or at grandma and grandpa’s house. I also spend as much time as I can hunting for spring turkeys and bow hunting deer in the fall. Lastly, I cannot conclude a full introduction without saying “Go Pack Go”! Cheers!
Please welcome our Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Jessica Bunderson!!
Jessica’s education in Therapeutic Massage (Provo College) began immediately following High School (2002). Twenty years later, she continues to learn and grow each day.
While attending Provo College, Jessica took part in an independent internship with a Qigong master and Acupuncturist where she strengthened her skills in Gua Sha and Cupping. Around the same time, Jessica was selected as one of three interns for a collegiate hockey team where she traveled with the team. Throughout her career, she has been a volunteer massage therapist for a variety of community events: Iron Man, Special Olympics, multiple marathons, Trek 100 and more.
Jessica is Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She is licensed in the state of Wisconsin and is a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Over the years, Jessica has many opportunities to be trained/certified in other modalities including, but not limited to Myofascial Release, Oncology Massage, Myofascial Cupping and more. After being certified as a Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD) Therapist in 2015, Jessica was very excited to integrate this powerful technique into treatments with clients and family members. MLD is most traditionally used in Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for those with chronic lymphedema, though is very effective in many different applications. To better serve her clients, Jessica pursued additional training (Voder technique) and was certificated as a Lymphedema Therapist (CLT). Her strong knowledge of complex conditions and specialized skills have transformed her practice. As well as helping those living with Chronic Lymphedema, Jessica’s niche is Post-Surgical Edema.
Jessica is a Certified Lymphedema Therapist, Myofascial Release Therapist, and Licensed Massage Therapist. She will be available two times each month, with hours from 9 am to 4:30 pm. If you are interested in setting up a session with Jessica, please call 920-262-2954.
