Sandra Budewitz
Watertown Main Street Board 2006-2022
Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors 2010 - 2022
Born and raised in Watertown, I graduated from Watertown High School and hold an Associate Degree in Clothing and Textiles from Madison Area Technical College.
I started Sandra D’s Bridal & Tuxedo from scratch at 115 E. Main St. in 1989. We are a destination for brides and Prom-goers as we carry wedding gowns, bridesmaids, prom dresses, special occasion dresses, veils and jewelry as well as offer in house alterations. In 1999 we added tuxedo rentals to become full service.
I play a very active role in my business. A big part of my job is alterations as I am the store seamstress. One of my favorite parts of my job is going to the National Bridal Market in Chicago to do my buying for the store.
I currently sit on the board of directors for the Watertown Main Street Program and have been an active member since 2006. I am part of the Main St. Program’s Promotions Committee which organizes retail events within the downtown. I also head up the organization of volunteers for our food booth at Riverfest which is one of our bigger fundraisers. I enjoy volunteering for the Chamber Golf Outing. I also serve on the Watertown Community Foundation Board.
I have held a seat on the Chamber Board for the Main St. Program. I am also part of the Collaboration Committee. I feel it is extremely important for our city organizations to work together for success in improving and redeveloping Watertown and the downtown is a big part of that plan.
My husband, Jeff, and I have been married for 25 years and live just north of Watertown. We enjoy our home in the country and are proud of the fact that we literally built our house together with the help of family and friends. I enjoy gardening and basket weaving and I love the Packers & Elvis.
Mike Molepske, Chief Executive Officer of Bank First (NASDAQ: BFC), is pleased to announce Josiah Gamroth has joined the Bank First office in Watertown as Retail Banker. Josiah brings 10 years of experience in the lending industry, most recently specializing in mortgage loan origination. In his new role, he will assist new and existing retail customers in Watertown and the surrounding communities.
“We are excited to have Josiah join us,” stated Joshua Patterson, Vice President – Market Manager at Bank First in Watertown. “His extensive experience in mortgage lending and focus on building customer relationships will greatly complement our retail banking team.”
Josiah grew up in Oconomowoc and graduated from Lake Country Lutheran High School in Hartland. He attended Calvin University in Grand Rapids, Michigan where he earned a bachelor’s degree in small business administration and a minor in economics. With a recent move back to Wisconsin after living in Michigan and Texas, Josiah is looking forward to establishing himself in the Watertown community. He and his wife, Charis, enjoy reconnecting with family and life-long friends in the area, taking walks at Oconomowoc Lake, and attending community events.

Leadership Watertown strives to develop a corps of informed, committed, and qualified individuals capable of and willing to provide dynamic leadership in the Watertown area.
Over the next several newsletters you will learn more about each member of this year's Leadership Watertown Class.
This newsletter we are highlighting Ryan Weyenberg with LSM Chiropractic.
Leadership Watertown Class (2021-2022)
I am a chiropractor for LSM Chiropractic. I recently accepted the lead chiropractic position for our Watertown office in March of 2021. I previously worked in our Fort Atkinson and Whitewater offices, and am going on my fifth year in practice. I am originally from Menomonee Falls, which is where most of my extended family currently live. I attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and graduated with a B.S. in Biology in 2014. I then attended Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN, where I received my doctorate in Chiropractic in 2017.
I am happily married to my wife of two years, Stefanie. She recently started a new position for the Watertown Unified School District as a physical therapist. Together we have a chocolate lab named Myla. In our free time, my wife and I enjoy traveling and hiking. I am a die-hard Wisconsin sports fan, and enjoy watching and attending as many Brewer, Badger, Bucks, and Packer games as I can.
I have appreciated how welcomed I have been by the community in my first few months here. Watertown is a strong, close-knit community with a lot of great programs and fun activities to participate in. I look forward to continuing to get to know and be more involved in the community. As a chiropractor, I work with individuals of all ages, and I enjoy getting to know my patients on a personal level. I have a strong interest in occupational health, including working with individuals to help get them back to work after an injury, as well as helping improve their workstations to prevent an injury in the first place. I also am very passionate about health and safety in athletics, and have previously served as the team chiropractor for the UW-Whitewater Warhawks athletic program. I am excited at the opportunity to take on more a leadership role, and I look forward to continuing to serve and grow within the Watertown community.
